Hi friendly forum mates! here are some mini-bucker pickup output levels from my Epiphones:

'62 Riviera- neck pickup; 7.47 K ohms; bridge pup; 8.69 k ohms

'63 Wilshire- neck pup; 7.5 k ohms; bridge pup; 7.44 k ohms

These pups are audibly louder than the full sized 'buckers on my '63 Gibson 355 and '56 Les Paul Conversion! cheers, RAB

Thanks RAB. I've never been very technical about this stuff, and don't own a meter. I have a friend who does, though, so I may ask him next time I'm over at his place with my Sheraton. You've got me a little curious to compare now.

I'm gonna measure the pickups in my Sheraton and Crestwood - I am definitely curious. So much is known about the full sized humbuckers from this era - the mini humbuckers, I feel like there is so much more to learn about them.

Right on...it'd be fun to create a table documenting the pickup years and output read outs!
